Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the “Orders” tab.
  3. Select the order you wish to request a refund for, then click the “Request Refund” button.
  4. Choose the reason for your refund request and click the “Submit” button.

Alternatively, you can request a return or refund by contacting our support team at support@chikapeter.com with your order details and reason for return.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 15 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return or deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiration date has passed.
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items discounted at 50% or more – all sales are final.
  • All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address we will provide, which varies based on your country of residence.

Exception: Customers are exempt from return shipping costs if the product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
